CTI’s Full-Time Program uses the uniquely powerful and communicative medium of music to encourage the Church, challenge Christians to loving action, and share the hope of Christ with those who don’t know Him.  Every fall, we mobilize two teams of approximately 6-8 members each for a full year of music ministry, including an international tour that lasts approximately one month.  If you're at least 18 and have a high school diploma (or equivalent,) you're eligible to apply!

Encourage...
Our fulltime teams perform in churches, schools, and other ministry venues, bringing encouragement to the body of Christ through music and stories of God’s work in their lives. 

Challenge...
Team members encourage believers they meet to live out Christ's purpose for His church by getting involved.  We want people to join us in our effort to reach the youth of the world for Christ.  We seek out young musicians at churches, high schools and colleges who share our passion for the lost, and challenge them to take action by joining one of our summer or fulltime teams. 

Reach Out...
Fulltimers turn their passion into purpose!  We play outreach events for youth in churches, homeless shelters, detention facilities, schools, coffee houses... anyplace where those who do not know Christ can meet Him through compassionate and relevant encounter.

At CTI we strive to maintain a servant posture, and there are many ways to serve.   One day you may be scheduled for a youth concert, the next day a liturgical worship service.   Sometimes you will be a recruiter, other times a promoter.   Many times you will be given the opportunity to speak, while other times someone may need you simply to listen.  ALWAYS, you will be a representative of Christ.  

Fundraising
Fulltime team members are asked to raise $12,000 to help offset the costs involved in their ministry.  They are encouraged to raise additional support that can return to them as a small salary throughout the year.  We cover all meals, housing and tour specific expenses while they are serving with CTI.

Fulltimers commit to spend one year with our ministry.  They arrive for training in late August and complete their domestic touring season in late May.  During the summer, they become a vital part of our training community, serving as drivers, cooks, instructors and team leaders, as we work together to mobilize our short-term international teams.
